The coast of North Wales lies in the shadow of the mountains of Snowdonia. Despite the flatness of the shoreline, the landscape is stunningly beautiful.
My artist in residence, the wonderful Tim Baynes, has captured the essence of this stretch in a series of three paintings. As usual, Tim has annotated each piece of artwork and I think his words both complement the paintings and reflect my own mood when I walked this way. It was a day full of light and storm.
